A revised scheme for a new housing development at Whitland’s former Dairy Crest site has been put forward.

The application (Reference: PL/06862) for land South of St Marys Street, proposes a residential development of 36 affordable dwellings together with associated highway, drainage, landscaping and other infrastructure works.

An application (Ref: PL/06862) was previously submitted in November 2023 to Carmarthenshire County Council for the redevelopment of the site for 35 new residential units on part of the former Whitland Creamery brownfield site.
