Members of Narberth Town Council were given an update on the following planning decisions at their meeting this month, which had been conditionally approved:
• 14 Market Square – Proposal to demolish and rebuild a single storey extension and change of use of rear commercial unit to residential use.
• 5 Church Street – Variation/removal of conditions 4, 5 and 6 of planning permission 22/0722/PA (Proposed adaptions, extension and external works to create a suitable accessible home. This includes combining two separate houses to form one single dwelling).
• 2 High Street – Two floors of retail with ancillary dog grooming to rear.
• Clearview, Redstone Road – Proposed alteration and extension to existing bungalow.
• 24 John Morgan Close – Rear extension and front porch (partly in retrospect).
