Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council at their meeting in March for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority were the following:
NP/25/0097/FUL: Proposed rear single-storey extension and alterations at ground floor level, at Norbiton, 2 Harding Villas Harding Street. Approval recommended - the proposal does not appear to negatively impact the amenity of neighbouring properties.
NP/25/0121/FUL: Proposed independent garage, at Sea Horses, North Cliffe.
Councillors elected to defer the application, with members stating that they require further information on the proposals from PCNPA. Councillors questioned its description as a 'garage' as the doors featured in the design do not appear wide enough to accommodate access for a vehicle.
