NP/24/0548/FUL: Single storey extension to rear elevation, at The Chalet, Narberth Road, Tenby (councillors recommended approval - stating the proposal appears to have little impact on the amenity of neighbouring properties).
NP/24/0563/PNT: Installation of 3 antennas on pole mounts, two 0.6m dishes, two internal cabinets and ancillary developments there to. Additional installation of safety handrail and ladders, at Croft Court, The Croft, Tenby (councillors recommended approval - stating that the proposal does not appear to be visually intrusive and will enhance connectivity to the town's mobile phone network).
