The following planning applications for the ward were discussed at the most recent meeting of Manorbier Community Council.

• NP/24/0253/S73: Variation of condition No. 2 of NP/22/0665/FUL - Addition of roof window at Rock Farm, Jameston. Councillors offered no objections to the application.

• NP/24/0174/FUL: Proposed Barn Conversion of former Dairy Parlour into self contained residential Annex and Linked Laundry Room and Workshop infill at Wynd Hill, Manorbier.

Following consideration of all the information provided by the Planning Authority councillors considered that the proposed plans are an over development of the existing building and plot.

It was therefore proposed and seconded that Manorbier Community Council does not support this planning application.
