• 23/0278/PA: Single Storey Porch Extension at 1 Maes Elwyn John, Reynalton, Kilgetty, SA68 0PE - Following consideration of all the information provided by the Planning Authority, Cllr Thomas proposed that Kilgetty-Begelly Community Council support this application, Cllr Quigley seconded the proposal, all Cllrs in agreement.

• 22/0560/PA: Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning application 20/0866/PA (Proposed alterations and extensions) at Brynawelon, Begelly, SA68 0XE - Following consideration of all the information provided by the Planning Authority, Cllr Thomas proposed that Kilgetty-Begelly Community Council support this application, Cllr Quigley seconded the proposal, all Cllrs in agreement.

• 22/0994/PA: Earth banked nutrient store to comply with The Water Resources (Control of Agricultural Pollution) (Wales) Regulations 2021 at Catershook Farm, Templeton, Narberth, SA67 8SP - Following consideration of the consultation due to amended plans. all the information provided by the Planning Authority, Cllr Long proposed that the Community Council support this application. Cllr Thomas seconded the proposal, all Cllrs in agreement.
