• 24/0050/PA: Erection of a calf building and weaned calf building along with associated yard areas at Langdon Mill Farm, Jeffreyston, SA68 0NJ (approval recommended).

• 24/0029/PA: Retrospective application for the creation of field access and hardstanding area, on land at Long Park, Thomas Chapel, Begelly, SA68 0XH (approval recommended).

• 23/1121/PA: Two storey extension at Church Farmhouse, Reynalton, SA68 0PG (members supported the application, however consideration should be given to the close proximity of neighbouring properties.

At the meeting, members were given notification of a planning application that had been refused by the local authority for Penrath Farm, KIlgetty, SA68 0UY.
