The following planning application was recently recommended for approval by members of Kilgetty Community Council.

Reference 23/1037/PA: Variation of condition 1 and condition 12 of planning permission - 21/1278/PA (Removal of conditions 8 and 9 of outline planning permission ref. 12/0803/PA (Residential Development). Modification of condition 1 of associated Reserved Matters Consent Ref: 16/1295/PA to allow amendments to the approved plans on land West of Barley Park, New Road, Begelly, SA68 0YF.

Following consideration of all the information provided by the Planning Authority, Cllr Adams proposed that Kilgetty Begelly Community Council support the application, with recommendations to be passed onto Pembrokeshire County Council.

Cllr Thomas seconded the proposal with the majority of councillors in agreement.
