The following planning applications were recently considered by Penally Community Council members:
23/0259/PA: Two new dwellings on site opposite West Holloway House, Penally. Following consideration of the information presented, Cllr Neal proposed Penally Community Council object to the application, stating the access onto the main road is restricted, as well as the view to the right onto carriageway.
The proposal of two dwellings on the plot was excessive, councillors felt. There was also no footpath currently east side of the proposed access and down towards the junction of Kiln Park.
Cllr Walsh seconded the proposal all Cllrs in full agreement.
NP/22/0502/FUL: Conversion of redundant business unit to meet and greet/office/games room and creation of three holiday pods and two shepherd huts with parking area, ecological enhancements and associated external works at Whitewell in the Ruins, Penally, SA70 7RY.
Following consideration of the information presented, Cllr Neal proposed that Penally Community Council support the application, with Cllr Rilstone seconding the proposal and all councillors in agreement.
Planning application notices were also received for the following:
23/0017/PA: St Teilo, Penally, SA70 7PX (refused).
23/0007/PA: Brynhafod, Penally, SA70 7PZ (Conditionally approved).
