24/0582/PA - Demolition of existing side extension and replacement two-storey extension at Providence, Providence Hill (No Objection)
The following applications has been conditionally approved, councillors heard:
• Two-storey side extension to create family annex/home office at Redstone Farm, Redstone Road.
• Change of use of upper floor from retain A1 to C3 residential use at 28 High Street.
• Proposed detached development at Plot 26 Bloomfield Gardens.
