A spruce-up of Penally village is in the pipeline.

At this month’s meeting of the Community Council, it was reported that a meeting had taken place with the East Williamston grounds project group, which had been successful in obtaining funding towards a park project including - benches, walks, tree planting, pathways, and garden machinery.

Funding had been achieved through the Keep Wales Tidy group.

Cllr Snow said that a small working party will commence work on tidying the borders at the entrance/village sign areas.
