A new PCSO has introduced herself as the new community support officer covering the East Williamston ward.

County councillor for the ward Cllr Jacob Williams told the Community Council that he’d been introduced to PCSO Ffion Thomas (8056) who is based at Tenby police station, who asked if there were any local issues or concerns to please let her know.

Cllr Williams also drew members’ attention to PCC’s new partner WISE -which will enforce environmental crime including dog fouling, littering, fly-posting and graffiti.

PCC had explained that there will be no targets for the issue of penalty notices, nor will enforcement teams be working on a commission or bonus system, the aim being to change behaviour and increase compliance.
