Orielton CP School, Hundleton, has been taking its 'All Around the World' Christmas concert on tour in the community in aid of The Teenage Cancer Trust, which William McNamara OBE, chief executive officer of Bluestone National Park Resort, is supporting in his quest to trek to the South Pole in January.

All the junior pupils sang and danced songs from India, China, America, Africa and Spain at the Valero Refinery, Pembroke, for three days last week, and are repeating the performance at St. David's Church, Hundleton, and Park House Court Nursing Home, Tenby, all in aid of the same charity.

The school is also holding a '90 Degrees South Day', where pupils are dressing up as polar explorers and taking part in 'South Pole' activities, which includes a visit from William. The school luckily has a computer for each child so they can follow his daily blog closely as he approaches the South Pole. On his return, the school will present a cheque to the Teenage Cancer Trust combining the funds raised from all six fundraising days.
