There will be a number of road closures during the Challenge Wales event in Fishguard and St Davids this Sunday (June 9).
The triathlon starts at Goodwick sea front and closures will be in place between 9.45am and 3pm, including closure of the A487 to St Davids with crossing points at Croesgoch and Mathry.
Around 1,000 athletes are expected to take part and many more supporters will also be heading to north Pembrokeshire.
More information and road restriction maps with diversion routes can be found on the Challenge Wales website, where there is also important information for carers.
