A new store is on its way to Tenby town centre.
Initially, clothes fashion store FatFace had put forward plans to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority to replace departing shop Joules in Tudor Square, which closed its doors back in February 18, after being situated at Unit 2 Gower House since September 2017.
Now despite plans for FatFace’s frontage design being recommended for approval by members of Tenby Town Council last month, the multichannel retailer has now seemingly pulled out.
This week, posting on Facebook and sharing its ‘coming soon’ signs in the shop window, jewellery specialists The Silver Lily which already has stores in nearby Saundersfoot and Haverfordwest, announced that it will be filling the vacant premises in the ‘heart of Tenby town’.
“We are on our way! We are excited to share our big secret with you all…The Silver Lily will be coming to the heart of Tenby Town very soon,” stated the company on social media.
“We will be bringing some of the UK Leading Jewellery Brands such as Nomination, Clogau Gold, UNO dE 50, Qudo Interchangeable and all of our stunning Silver jewellery. We will also be bringing a selection from our Fashion Collections.
“We have plenty to do to put our stamp on the store, but for now make sure to follow us as we prepare the store for opening.”
