Narberth Town Council is setting up a group to consider how improvements can be carried out around the town.
It is intended for the group to look at how facilities such as the Town Moor play area can be improved, along with the appearance and signage of Narberth Town, and the biodiversity of areas such as the Town Moor, Church Yard and Castle.
“If you are a group that are interested in any of these things and others that would improve Narberth, please contact me with your name and the Group you represent and I will set up a meeting towards the end of April so that we can discuss these,” said Cllr Charlie Meredydd.
Anyone interested is asked to please email the Clerk at [email protected] or Cllr Meredydd at [email protected] for a list of some of the ideas and sugesstions that have already been considered.
Last month, Narberth was named in The Sunday Times’ ‘Best Places to Live’ in the UK list, with judges stating: “ This colourful market town continues its upwardly mobile, upmarket march, with an increasingly turbocharged selection of delis, restaurants and galleries. But Narberth is practical and pragmatic, too.”
