After Whitland Primary School won its first Green Flag in 2009, the Eco Council, under the guidance of Phil Humphries (class teacher responsible for the Eco Project), decided that they would like to develop the school grounds as a project that would meet one of the criteria to win the second Green Flag. Last weekend saw their efforts rewarded with the opening of an impressive new Eco-Garden at the school. See inside for a full report and more pictures.
