Narberth Rugby Club held its annual presentation dinner this year when over 100 players, coaches, officials, committee members and supporters enjoyed an excellent evening at the Nantyffin Hotel, Llandissilio.
The guest speaker was Councillor Huw George who gave a hilarious address having, obviously, been briefed on local club personalities.
Not to be outdone, director of rugby Jon Dodd amused the delighted the audience with the aid of a vast array of visual aids, each one specifically chosen to highlight the personality of the individual players present. The excellent MC was Mark Rhys-Owens, secretary of the club.

The Malcolm Jones Clubman of the Year Award - Dorian Phillips (voted for by the officials and committee members).
Youth Awards: Most Promising Player - Tom Bannister; Players' Player and Player of the Year - Rhydian Williams.
Narberth Athletic Awards: top try scorer - Rhys Davies; The A Sellwood Cup for Player of the Year - Richard Sharpe - Williams.
1st XV Awards: Jeff Lister Award for Outstanding Loyalty to the Club - Jason Jennings; Most Improved 1st XV Player - Gareth Bateman; Howells Security Shield for most XV appearances - Aled Davies; Top Try Scorer - Steve Martin; Most Promising Player - Aled Harries; Narberth Centenary Shield for Player of the Year - Steve Martin.
