Narberth Town Council has approved two planning applications, during its latest meeting.
The first planning application that was approved by members at a meeting of the town council on Tuesday night was the replacement signage of original lettering on advertising on High Street.
The proposal has been put forward by Mr. Belt and Mrs. Morgan of Goose Green, Templeton.
If approved the signage would be be illuminated with gold lettering.
The second planning application that was approved was the removal of curtain wall cladding and replacement with UPVC clad metal windows and panel cladding.
If approved by Pembrokeshire County Council’s planning committee, the development would take place at the Old School on Station Road.
The plans have been put forward by Mr. Marmara of Station Road.
Members passed both applications with no objections raised.
