At a recent assembly Clr. Peter Morgan, chairman of Pembrokeshire County Council, and keen sportsman (past Wales and British Lions rugby international) presented special awards to pupils who have recently excelled in different sporting activities at Welsh levels: Rugby team who came third in the Urdd Welsh finals at Llanelli; Mixed Cricket team who came second at the Welsh Cricket finals at Cardiff Cricket Club; Rugby League team who came a close second in the Welsh Rugby League finals at the Gnoll Rugby field in Neath; Girls Kwik Cricket team who came third in the Welsh finals at Miskin, Cardiff. Congratulations to all the pupils who represented the school and the county.
Narberth CP School sporting success
The Narberth mixed cricket team who gained second place in the Urdd Welsh finals at Cardiff. Jordan, Loui, Harri, Morgan, Jess, Tomas, Lewys, Nathan, Rhys, with Mr. Paul Harries, Clr.
