Lamphey Primary School held a non-uniform day to raise funds for the Welsh Air Ambulance recently, with an amazing £166.26 being raise for this worthy cause.
The fundraising event was held after a suggestion was made by a family within the school who had needed this service.
Chloe Turner, a pupil who attends Lamphey Primary School, and her mother, Kerry, explained that Chloe’s brother Bradley had been in need of the Wales Air Ambulance back in September of last year, and his life was saved by the quick response of the medics and doctor available that came to him.
13 months on Bradley has made a full recovery.
