Organisers of September's prestigious Ironman competition are holding a session of public meetings to demonstrate what IM is all about and ways you can sign up to volunteer and get your community involved.
A full presentation will be given, including a video of Ironman events so communities can get a flavour of what the race will bring. The meetings will also be an opportunity to sign up as volunteers, team captains and discuss ways in which your community can get involved in the event.
"Activity Wales Events and the team from Ironman will be delivering a presentation on Ironman, what it is, what is coming and the ways you can get involved in this incredible event coming to Pembrokeshire," said race director Matthew Evans.
Mayor of Tenby, Clr. Trevor Hallett, is seen with Kevin Stewart, MD Ironman UK and Ireland, Matthew Evans and Scott Powell, race directors, and Erwin Dokter, race director of Ironman Austria, at the one-to-one day at Tenby's De Valence Pavilion.
Ironman Wales takes place on Sunday, September 11.
