Hywel Dda Health Charities have given a big thanks to local fundraising group ‘Together Stronger’ for their support.

The group has been bringing joy to children’s services within Hywel Dda by donating toys as well as food packages to high risk groups who struggled during lockdowns.

Plenty of toys for kids, along with tea, coffee, sugar, flavoured water and biscuits and chocolates for the staff have been delivered, with thanks going to - Morrisons in Haverford west; Tesco in Pembroke Dock; Building and Land Services Limited; and all the fantastic people in Pembrokeshire that keep on donating.

Together Stronger team member Julie Wickland said: “We have been donating small items for the children to keep and take home.”

The group has now started collecting toiletries and Easter treats for South Pembs Hospital and also Easter eggs for the Children’s Unit.

“If anyone can spare anything, Tenby Yorkshire Building Society are now accepting donations for us,” added Julie.
