Held on Tuesday at Narberth CP School, was a 'Healthy Heart Evening' where pupils displayed some of the work they have been involved with in raising awareness for the scheme, which included a unique 'Healthy Heart Jigsaw' project with SPAN Arts. Organised by Drs. Allen, Macintosh, Cadbury and Harries, of Narberth Health Centre, there was plenty of fun and informative activities to take part in on the evening. It was run as part of the Inequalities in Health project funded by the Welsh Assembly, which aims to reduce the rate of heart disease in Wales. "The children at the school showed tremendous enthusiasm throughout the whole project, and hopefully learnt a few things on different aspects of keeping a healthy heart," said practice nurse at Narberth Health Centre, Jane Howe.
