A ‘Keep Well Roadshow’ will be taking place in Narberth this month.

The event taking place on Thursday, January 23, from 10 am to 2 pm, at the Queens Hall venue on Narberth’s High Street, is a chance to find out more about services available to help you stay independent, happy and health for longer.

Representatives from Hywel Dda University Health Board, PAVS and the voluntary sector, and Pembrokeshire County Council will be on hand to answer your questions.

You can get your blood pressure checked, talk about how you can self-refer, have a chat about falls prevention and how Occupational Therapy can support you, to name just a few services - all whilst enjoying a free cup of tea or coffee.
