St. Johns Church, Pembroke Dock, was the setting for the recent wedding of Mr. Jansen Parsley and Miss Emma Westbury. The groom, a civil and structural designer, is the son of Colwyn and Ann Parsley, of Wogan Road, Pembroke, while the bride, a health care assistant at Tenby GP Surgery, is the daughter of Allan and Janet Westbury, of Milton. Given away by her father, the bride wore a La Sposa fitted ivory gown with a fishtail cathedral length train, pleated tulle with gold crystal and glass detail to the bodice with matching veil. Bridesmaids were Sarah Westbury (sister), Sarah Tingle (best friend), who was maid-of-honour, and Rachel Williams (friend). They wore chocolate brown A-line dresses with V-front and back with tulle trim. Best man was John Store, while ushers were Leigh Westbury (bride's brother), Christian Parsley (groom's brother), James White, Sanjay Farmahan and Neil Griffiths. Page boy was Aaron Parsley, son. The ceremony was conducted by Rev. Andrew Davies. A wedding reception was held at the Cleddau Bridge Hotel. The couple honeymooned in Zakynthos, Greece, and are making their home at Lower Lamphey Road, Pembroke.
