New Hedges Village Hall has been given a funding boost as it continues to work towards its target of a new inclusive park.

“I was delighted to support the committee with an application to the Enhancing Pembrokeshire Grant Scheme, resulting in a successful award of £94,000,” said county councillor for the ward Cllr Rhys Jordan.

“This money, collected as part of the second home premium, is designed to offset the impact of second home ownership in the area.

“The hall continues to host numerous events, so please support them if you can.

“I would like to thank the Village Hall committee for their hard work and effort, which is fostering a strong sense of community in St Mary Out Liberty,” he added.
