New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to nine of Carmarthenshire’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The following ratings have been given to four restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Pausa Cafe at Dunhelm Soft Furnishings Ltd, 2 Parc Pensarn, Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire; rated on September 18
