IN the 14th series of Fishlock's Wild Tracks on ITV Wales, Trevor Fishlock walks six more of the best paths in Wales and introduces the people, the places, the history and the legends that he passes on the way.

In next Thursday's programme at 7.30 pm, Trevor sets out from Tenby and heads west along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path past Penally where he inspects the WWI trenches.

In Manobier Castle, he hears the story of the Brecon solicitor, J. R. Cobb, who made a fortune from railways in Victorian times and spent it all on his passion, buying, leasing and then renovating South Wales castles.

At Freshwater East, he meets the indomitable Miss Joan Bird, who has been a leading figure in the local preservation society and a thorn in all developers' sides for over 30 years.

Then on past the loveliest of Welsh beaches, Barafundle, to the sublime Bosherston Pools, now threatened by erosion and a rising sea level.

Fishlock's Wild Tracks is a Rondo Production for ITV1 Wales. It is presented by Trevor Fishlock and produced by Wil Aaron.
