St Lawrence Church, Gumfreston, Tenby is a fine example of medieval architecture. The site of this church, with its three holy wells, has for centuries been a place of worship and pilgrimage.
Although no services are held in the church now and the building is closed at the moment, the graveyard is still open.
Custodians of the church are thankful to those who continue to support the church financially. These funds contribute towards the upkeep of the graveyard and the holy wells.
Although the building is closed, there is still a feeling of peace and tranquility which can be hard to find in this busy world. It is definitely worth a visit.
