This Sunday will be the turn of Tenby and District Lions Club to host the Summer Spectacular, which will be the final fundraising event of the season.

Unfortunately, Tenby Rotary Club who were due to host their second fundraising event of the season last weekend, elected to call it off owing to the fact that rain had been forecast for the seaside town that day.

For the Bank Holiday event, there will be continuous entertainment onstage from 3 until 10 pm; but please note there will be no fireworks at this event.

DJ and compere Steve Briers will be continuing the entertainment between acts throughout the day playing chart and popular music.

Caitlin Williams and Kennedy Peters will be first on stage at 3 pm; followed by ‘Elev11n’ a five-piece band performing current pop rock covers from 3.45 to 4.30 pm.

‘Sleeping dogs’ a creative dynamic classic covers band performing music of many genres from many decades from the 60s onwards will play from 4.45 to 6.15 pm; with ‘Ella Guru’ a dynamic duo playing a diverse set on stage from 6.30 to 8 pm.

‘The Rock ‘n’ Rollers’ a superb energetic four piece-band performing classic 50s and 60s covers will be the final act of the evening from 8.30 to 10 pm.
