Tenby Friendship Club members gathered at Augustus Place Hall for a talk and question session with Deputy Mayor Mr Charles Dale.

The famous actor and record shop owner gave a very interesting talk, and everyone learnt a lot of things. At the meeting, which took place on Wednesday, June 21, Charles was presented with a homegrown, professional looking, pot plant as a thank you.

Names for this Wednesday’s Fish and Chip afternoon tea were taken. Even if you haven’t ordered, you can come for a cuppa and a chat and to learn more about the club's Mystery Day Out on July 5. The coach is departing at 9.15am and returning by about 4pm. Anyone who hasn’t booked yet is asked to get in touch with Jan as soon as possible. There will be no Club meeting at Augustus Place Hall on Wednesday 5.

Wednesday July 12 is a story telling session by Phillip Okwedy. This will be a great meeting!
