In his intimate and highly anticipated debut hour, actor, writer and comedian Rich Hardisty (Channel 4, Netflix, BBC) takes us on a journey through the highs and lows of his unusual life at Pembrokeshire’s Torch Theatre on Friday, April 28 with his funny yet touching show Silly Boy.

But you won’t find any self-pity or loathing here… this is a celebration of the beauty and silliness of it all and the interesting, hilarious and sometimes shocking things his brain is capable of doing (whether he wants it to or not.) Raw, open and honest but most importantly… funny!

Expect anecdotes and observations about momentous movies, missing dads and mania, all from his warm, inquisitive, childlike perspective. Rich tries to convey what mental illness looks and feels like, celebrating the beauty and silliness of it all.

Presented by Little Wander in association with PBJ Management, this production is suitable for those 18 and over and contains themes of mental health, eating disorder and drug abuse.

Described as ‘hard to beat, deeply affecting and candidly hilarious’ and given four stars by the Scotsman, and also described as a ‘modern-day philosopher…a raw, emotive and incredibly funny storyteller,’ by Entertainment now, Silly Boy is a must see.

Richard Hardisty – Silly Boy will visit the Torch Theatre, Milford Haven on April 28 at 8pm.
