Wales’ First Minister will join St Davids Day celebrations in Pembrokeshire tomorrow (March 1), when the the annual Dragon Parade is held.
The parade will leave St Davids’ Oriel y Parc courtyard at 2pm and head onto the High Street. It will travel around the Cross Square and then back up onto the High Street, reaching Oriel y Parc at approximately 2.30pm.
Cheer on school children, community groups and local residents as they march down the City’s main street, bringing the parade to life with music, colour and creativity.
Schools and community groups have been working closely with local artist, Kate Evans, to design and build a themed structure which forms the main feature of the parade.
After the parade, the festivities continue as we gather at Oriel y Parc to welcome the baby dragon’s return home. Make sure to catch this magical event that brings the community together for a day of joy, tradition and celebration.
First Minister Eluned Morgan will join in with the parade which is organised by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority.
