This month Ysgol Greenhill hosted its annual Senior Awards evening with Tenby’s Mayor, Clr. Tony Brown presenting prizes.

During the evening 68 awards were presented with prizes for achievement in A level and GCSE studies as well as special awards for sports, music, art and design and Cymraeg along with many others.

Headteacher, Ray McGovern, said that the evening was a wonderful opportunity to not only congratulate and recognize the achievement of the individuals receiving awards, many of who had returned from University to attend the evening, it was also an opportunity to share with our community the many success of the school.

In praising recipients for their individual achievement he thanked and reminded them for being excellent role models for younger pupils and encouraged them to be ambassadors and champions of their school in the community.
