A Pembroke Dock man will face a trial next year, after denying causing the death of a motorcyclist at the A477 Nash Fingerpost Junction.
Forty-two-year-old Jason Harvey of Law Street, charged with causing the death of Ashley Rogers by careless driving on May 13 last year; will go on trial in court on May 27, 2025, after pleading not guilty to the charge at a hearing.
The collision involved Mr Rogers’ red motorbike, which had been travelling along the A477 towards Pembroke, and a white van towing a trailer driven by the defendant, occurred on May 13, 2023, at around 8am.
At the hearing at Swansea Crown Court, the prosecutor alleged that Harvey did not properly stop and look before he turned at the junction.
