A SEVENTEEN-year-old from Neyland was the only one of four teenagers before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on November 28 to be bailed to reappear.

The court dealt with five diverse charges of assault, alleged to have been perpetrated by local teens between the ages of 13 and 17, however all but one were withdrawn.

The Neyland youth pleaded guilty to assaulting a person by beating him. The incident took place on or about April 27, 2024 at Asda Stores, Gordon Street, Pembroke Dock.

The defendant was remanded on unconditional bail, pending attendance at the next hearing for sentencing, scheduled at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on December 12. The reason for the adjournment was to tie it up with other cases.
