A Pembrokeshire man accused of rape offences in Narberth, will appear at Swansea Crown Court next month.
Forty-six-year-old Richard Murray, of Hill Street, Haverfordwest, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, September 17, charged with oral rape, intentionally sexually touching a woman and placing a woman’s hand on his penis without her consent.
All the offences are alleged to have happened in Narberth on the same date, August 25, 2022.
No pleas were entered at this stage.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction of the case, which will next be heard at Swansea Crown Court on Monday, October 14.
The defendant was released on conditional bail, the condition being not to have any direct or indirect contact with the alleged victim.
