A NARBERTH man has been sent to jail for eight weeks for a second breach of a domestic violence order within a matter of weeks.
Michael Sudbury, of High Street, Narberth appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on June 8.
The 47-year-old admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order made by Llanelli magistrates on May 23.
Sentencing Sudbury to eight weeks in prison, magistrates said the offences was the second breach of the order in the weeks since it was made.
The offence was “so serious”, magistrates said, because it was a “persistent breach” and there was a “lack of remorse or understanding as to the severity of the order.”
