A SOUTH Pembrokeshire resident appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court charged with robbery.

To appear at court on November 4, 2024 Kelly Rees, of Milton, was arrested by a constable as unlikely to surrender to custody, being a person released on bail in criminal proceedings on October 21 by Carmarthenshire Magistrates’ Court.

Rees was accused of robbing a local taxi driver and being in possession of a ‘sharp pointed article’ (a needle) at Milford Haven, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place.

The 35-year-old was remanded on conditional bail until the next hearing in Swansea Crown Court, scheduled for November 22.

A daily curfew between 7pm and 7am is one of the conditions of bail, to be electronically monitored.
