A Milford Haven man who drove a van with a dangerously secured load has been fined £220 plus £90 costs and £88 to fund victim services.

Ashley Price, of Willow End had used a Ford Transit on Picton Road, Hakin, on which a load of scrap metal was so secured as to be likely to cause danger or nuisance to person or property.

The 36-year-old was not in court on July 23 when Haverfordwest Magistrates found the case proved in his absence.
