A 26-year-old man who emptied bins onto the front garden of a Milford Haven resident was jailed after a hearing at Haverfordwest on February 18.

Appearing at the Magistrates’ Court, Kyle Allerton, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a community order by failing to keep in touch with the Probation Practitioner and by not attending a DDAS appointment on January 17.

The community order was revoked and Allerton was dealt with for the original offence.

On June 14, 2024, he had pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment of the female victim, sending unwanted text messages and phone calls, emptying her bins onto her front garden and being verbally abusive.

He was committed to prison for eight weeks.
