A Lamphey man who assaulted a fellow villager, causing actual bodily harm, has been made subject to a new community order.

Ashlee Rees, age 22, of Flemish Court, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on May 16 when an existing community order was revoked as the unpaid work element was “unworkable”.

The new community order includes a drug rehabilitation requirement: to be reviewed monthly for nine months. Rees must participate in any activity required by the responsible officer, up to 25 days.
