A man who assaulted a man at Tenby on October 28 last year, occasioning him actual bodily harm, has been sentenced.

Simon Roblin, of No fixed abode, The Norton, Tenby, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on February 18.

The 50-year-old’s guilty plea was taken into account, and he was made subject to a community order, to end on February 17, 2026, with various rehabilitation requirements including participation in any activity as required by the responsible officer up to a maximum of 10 days, and 100 hours of unpaid work.

Costs to Crown Prosecution Service were £85, plus a £114 surcharge to fund victim services, to be deducted from benefits. No compensation was set, on account of the defendant’s limited means.
