Councillors in Narberth have asked for an update on repairs to the town’s castle.

At this month’s meeting of the town council, Cllr Cole asked for an update; and members heard that the Clerk and Cllr Macro had been down to look at the Castle grounds, stating that the tarmac drive outside the gate was breaking up badly in areas, whilst parts of the fencing inside was broken, as were the information panels.

The Clerk will contact Cadw and the County Council on matters.
