TENBY TODAY: CALLING all junior chess enthusiasts in Pembrokeshire: Redhill Prep School in Haverfordwest invites primary aged pupils to their second chess tournament.

The one prior to Christmas attracted over 50 entrants from 11 schools, so hopes are high for a good turnout at the Spring Festival.

Taking place on Saturday, March 23 at 11am, the tournament be a great opportunity to showcase skills and meet other players from across the county.

Admission is £5, cash on the door. There will be hot food on sale.

Whilst the tournament is only open to Primary pupils, the organisers are keen to gauge interest from Senior pupils
