It may have been a season of storms in Pembrokeshire, but that hasn’t deterred Tenby photographer David Bolton from heading to the coast to capture some magic.
The award-winning photographer told The Nook, Tenby, where some of his work is available for sale, that he is self-taught… "but I have learned so much from the amazing photographers that I meet along the way, many of whom are now my personal friends.
“I have a love of my hometown and express that in my photography and never tire of the images that I create of Tenby and the surrounding areas.”
On his own Facebook page, Dave said of the dramatic wave photo: “Who would have thought photographing a wave could be so difficult? Well it is if you want that special wave anyway. I could see me getting obsessed with this, trying to better each one until I have the perfect shot - whatever the perfect shot is.
"I have hundreds to go through, I bet they could make a nice panel or wall art with a bit of imagination.”
The photos here are all by Dave and were all shared to the ‘Picture This: Tenby Observer photography club’ - a private group on Facebook, which is open to anyone interested in sharing their own photographs of the Pembrokeshire locality, as well as those who enjoy viewing them.
