The team at Park House Court Nursing Home, Tenby have won recognition from Chwarae Teg as “Leading” level of the Fairplay Employer Award for Gender Equality.

This is the second award from Chwarae Teg following on from the two Training Awards also received recently. In each case the award was earned after an audit of practice - a scource of pride for Park House Court.

On Wednesday, a presentation event was held for those achieving Diplomas over the preceding months.

Park House Court have always supported all employees to achieve what they are capable of, and are justifiably proud of all of them, too many to attend the photo call.

Park House Court have worked with Pembrokeshire College for many years and are pleased with the support they give, and the methodology used in assessing Competence, ensuring that when qualified the learner can do what it says on the certificate.

Park House Court also continue to support other businesses with compliance training as well as the service sector in general.
