SUNRISE CHINESE TAKE AWAY, a takeaway at The Avenue, Llwynhendy, Llanelli was given the score after assessment on March 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Carmarthenshire's 158 takeaways with ratings, 98 (62%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
