A Carmarthenshire drinking establishment has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

BOARS HEAD HOTEL, a pub, bar or nightclub at The Boars Head Hotel, 120 Lammas Street, Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire was given the score after assessment on April 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Carmarthenshire's 230 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 157 (68%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
